OfficeTeam is currently looking for an Executive Assistant on a temporary-to-full time basis. Responsibilities/Qualifications include: - Great customer service skills - Friendly personality and negotiation skills - Able to take direction quickly - Organized and meticulous - Sales skills - Proficient office skills (MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Network environment) - Extreme multi-tasking ability - Able to work Monday thru Friday or Tuesday thru Saturday - Hours: 8:30am - 4pm - Medical benefits, retirement plan with Employer matching Your job would consist of: - Making followup phone calls - Making/changing appointments using Google Shared Calendars - Writing an responding to tons of emails - Online research - Planning parties, meetings, on site visits - Ordering company shirts, business cards, signage, etc - Getting vendor pricing - Updating our social media sites - Taking the car through a car wash - Picking up office supplies - Contacting our vendors when phone, IT, etc support is needed - Processing customer payments in Quickbooks & pulling A/R reports - Collection assisting - Miscellaneous paperwork processing

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
