Sr. Sales Consultant - Print Services

1. Proactively acknowledges and engages every customer in the Print
Services area to ensure a positive customer experience. Utilizes and
understands the Office Depot selling program to promote the sale of
the best solution as well as additional Print Services solutions and
2. Operates all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain
efficient production and ensure customers# orders are completed
correctly and on-time.
3. Effectively utilizes communication tools to request assistance
within the Print Services area, and to coordinate the appropriate
service for all customers throughout the store.
4. Able to evaluate the size and complexity of orders to determine
if a RPF (Regional Print Facility) should be used, per established
guidelines. Completes the Perfect Order form for every non-fax order.
5. Works to continually develop personal selling skills and
specialized product knowledge through sales and service tools
provided. Drives Print Services sales by supporting all related
current programs, new product launches and special initiatives.
6. Trains and coach new/existing Print Services Specialists on
the use of new products and tools.
7. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and
practices; and supports company loss prevention efforts.
8. Maintains the appearance of the Print Services area in
accordance with policy.
9. Responsible for opening and closing of building while
functioning as a key carrier.
10. Obtains and maintains all training and certification related
to the Key Carrier role; including (but not limited to)
Anti-Harassment, Code of Ethics, I-9 Compliance etc#
Level of Formal Education: High School diploma or equivalent
education preferred
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years# experience and/or
training in related field
Type of Experience: Print Center Operations

The Sr. Sales Consultant - Print Services is a full-time role, and the
person in this position will have ownership of the Print Services area.
S/he will be responsible for engaging and providing an exceptional
experience for customers requiring Print services. He/she is expected
to quickly build ongoing customer relationships and become a trusted
expert by utilizing advanced Print Services knowledge to meet
customers# needs.
The person in this role demonstrates a passion for the brand, print
solutions, and other products offered to our customers. S/he will
utilize Office Depot#s proven sales principles to proactively engage
customers, in order to drive the sales of Print Services and properly
assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction in every interaction.
The Sr. Sales Consultant - Print Services takes ownership for
completing all print orders correctly and within the quoted timeline,
and assesses whether the Regional Print Facility should be utilized.
The associate in this position is also responsible for the training of
Print Services Specialists and will also provide cross functional
training, when needed, for other associates within the store.
Additionally, s/he, will perform daily and weekly maintenance of the
Print area.
The person in this role will also be a temporary Key Carrier for their
location and will perform Manager On Duty functions while in the Key
Carrier role.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
