Sprouts Therapy, LLC is a pediatric habilitation program offering intensive occupational, speech, physical and feeding therapy on the island of O'ahu.
We provide brain, motor and sensory-based treatment promoting independence, community integration, fine/gross motor skill development, communication and social skill development.
Our therapist-operated clinic employs a brilliant group of individuals committed to providing the highest quality of therapy to children with a variety of disabilities and needs.

Responsibilities:
95% of the position involves cleaning/disinfecting/organizing swifter and scrubbing mats, disinfecting toys, cleaning restrooms, etc.
Complete a thorough cleaning of the entire facility throughout the day - with a focus on high contact areas that would be touched by both employees and clients (e.
g.
,desks, equipment, toys).
Repair and maintenance requests on clinic equipment, toys, furniture, etc.
Organization of the clinic, including the office and therapy areas Close facility at end of the day and conduct all cleaning & closing procedures Management of the inventory supplies of the clinic Setup and support for team meetings and events Setup and breakdown of feeding therapy sessions Regularly conduct maintenance checks on equipment and toys Other tasks as assigned Job Conditions:
Mondays- Fridays, closing shift (e.
g.
8/9pm).
Shift can change based on the last session in clinic (e.
g 11a-8pm) Ability to be present in the office Work alongside the Clinic Coordinator and volunteers on building / clinic projects as they arise Noise level of the clinic can go from quiet to moderately loud (depending on the clients in the space) Walking, standing, bending and reaching up to 90% of the work shift Occasionally requires lifting items up to 30 pounds Benefits Include:
