We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Concierge.
As a Patient Concierge, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to our patients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in or medical administrative support who is looking to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary documentation - Assist with patient registration and intake processes - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers - Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Previous , medical administrative support, or similar role preferred - Familiarity with dental or medical terminology is highly desirable - Proficiency in using Dentrix preferred - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external contacts - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
