2K - $42K a year Maintenance personnel/Landscapers laborer Description of Job and duty's We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Landscaper Laborer to conduct general lawn maintenance duties to ensure a beautiful and healthy outdoor environment.
A Landscaper Laborer's responsibilities include applying fertilizers, maintaining landscape design integrity by removing weeds or dead plants from the property and taking care of the property and its look appeal.
Ultimately, you will ensure that the lawns and gardens are properly maintained throughout the year.
Responsibilities Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth Remove weeds and dead plants Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs Maintenance repairs to all equipment, landscape, buildings structures, irrigation piping and walkways Report to Management of all and any issues, damages, repairs, etc immediately after findings (i.
e.
equipment, structural, and hazardous or dangerous items) Be able to provide a daily log and reports to management Requirements Able to communicate effectively with other personnel and Management.
Practice safety awareness and compliance with all OSHA regulations and procedures Follow instructions from management and staff alike Be able to complete task given with and without any assisted personnel Proven work experience as a Landscaper Laborer or similar role Must be able to operate efficiently and efficiently of all basic hand tools and equipment including brooms, rakes, dust pans, hand saws, clippers, machetes and pruning tools alike, with the utmost care, safety and respect to all equipment utilized on property Maintenance equipment, including Riding mowers(zero turn), lawnmowers, leaf blowers, chain saws, and hedge trimmers Knowledgeable on Both battery and gas operated Equipments Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Good stamina and physical health to work outdoors for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent preferred Job Types:
