E2W is a small business specializing in acupuncture and holistic healthcare.
As a dedicated CEO and provider, we are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily business operations and personal tasks.
Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Personal Assistant will work closely with the CEO/Acupuncturist to provide administrative and personal support.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks effectively and efficiently.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize the staff & CEO's schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Follow up with staff on tasking and progress, assist with finding solutions when needed and report to CEO.
- Handle email correspondence, filter and prioritize messages, and draft responses on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain and update contact lists, business files, and records.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary.
- Help with patient scheduling and coordination of appointments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
2.
Personal Support:
- Organize personal appointments and manage the CEO's personal calendar.
- Ensure CEO is on track with daily scheduled meetings and appointments - Make phone calls relating to CEO or Business level related calls - Assist with minimal personal tasks and errands.
- Handle personal travel arrangements and itineraries when required.
3.
Business Support:
- Assist in marketing and social media efforts for the business as needed.
- Assist in managing day-to-day business operations, including inventory management and procurement.
- Support the CEO in managing business finances, including bill payments and expense tracking.
- Maintain client records and ensure patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledge of acupuncture or holistic healthcare is a plus, but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
