Pacific Fleet, Commander in Chief MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST West Loch , Hawaii Apply Now Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT and PROGRAM ANALYST in the Navy Munitions Command Pacific East Asia Division of NMCPAC EAST ASIA DIVISION.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 9.
28% will be added to the stated salary.
Responsibilities You will serve as the Military Manning Specialist and principle advisor on matters pertaining to military personnel program and military personnel management effectiveness.
You will maintain, review, and analyze the military personnel program; respond to military personnel issues; and provide expert technical advice, assistance, and guidance on matters related to, billet assignments, and manning shortages.
You will prepare military manning distribution and strength reports.
Keep abreast of and advise leadership on current rules and regulations regarding details, personnel assignments, skill requirements, ratings, and qualification determinations.
You will create and provide analysis and statistical reports for command leadership, detailing military personnel alignments within the organization.
You will receive military PCS orders and conduct qualification analysis by matching personnel grade and skill set against billet requirements to ensure appropriate assignments are made.
You will request status of military personnel from Activity Manpower Manager to track deployment events; and research, evaluate and analyze manning data to ensure compliance with Navy requirements.
You will maintain and monitor billets, military personnel and local program data in the TWMS database.
You will monitor the integrity of system data, inform users of issues and discrepancies, coordinate the resolution of issues with TWMS Administrators.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Analyzing and evaluating military personnel manning by advising staff on administrative matters to support manpower and training programs.
