The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the store employees and ensuring that all staff members are working together to meet and exceed goals.
The Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that the store is running smoothly and communicating effectively with the owner and management.

Monitor employee time off, hours worked, and attendance.
Attend staff meetings as needed.
Train new employees on duties, responsibilities, and policies.
Communicate effectively with customers, internal staff, external vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Maintain good relationships with co-workers and customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work closely with store manager to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Work closely with sales staff to ensure that products are being sold efficiently and effectively.
Ensure that all customers are happy with products being sold.
Oversee training of new employees.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
