Vivint Solar is seeking an Office Assistant in and around the Waipahu, HI area. We are looking for problem solvers, self-motivators and action oriented thinkers. We are changing the way the world produces power and are looking for an Office Assistant that is ready to jump in and help our fast growing business grow even faster.
The Office Assistant assists in fulfilling the operations and functions of the office by utilizing computer and software skills and the knowledge of the use of office equipment. The incumbent will perform any necessary tasks in the office as needed by management.

Responsibilities:
Assists with general office duties and daily activities
Maintains office files, mailing lists, supplies and equipment
Files and retrieves electronic and physical records and documents
Updated databases and lists as needed for efficient record keeping
Assists with the preparation, reproduction and mailing of notices, newsletters, and other mailings
Responds to assignments and requests as circumstances arise
Required Skills
Ability to interact well with others
Ability to organize tasks and set priorities
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Background in computer skills - MS Office applications
Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Publisher software
Required Experience
Valid driver's license
Familiarity with office equipment and willingness to learn new thingsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
